First of all, let me tell you what a great bunch of people I think you are! In the few posts I've read, I've really enjoyed the encouragment and support you give each other (something you can never get too much of!) Now, on to my questions.....I started taking phentermine 7 weeks ago and have only lost 11 pounds so far. Prior to starting phentermine, I had lost 40 pounds over the course of 6 months, but had plateaued (hence the reason I started phen). I really like the energy I get from phen and it does suppress my appetite for most of the day, but I thought I would be losing weight faster than I am (in the last 2 weeks, I've only lost 1/2 pound!) Here is my routine: I eat around 1200 calories per day, drink well over 100 ozs. of water, go to the gym every morning for a least 1 hour (sometimes 1 1/2 hours) Why is my weight not dropping? Do I need to add another exercise in the early evening? Is this something I just need to wade through? It's very discouraging to be working so hard all week and not have a loss to show for it at the end of the week, ya know? Sorry to be so long winded, but I'm just excited to have found this forum and look forward to getting to know all of you better! Any advice you guys can give me is greatly appreciated!
