Hi, Glad to see you back!!! I'm not sure if there are different yellow caps or not but I am taking 30mg yellow phen caps they say E647 on them and I'm pretty happy with them I started them around Aug 29, and I have lost around 27 lbs. I'm not sure if thats good or not. Actually 19 of that 27lbs is from the first month. I've only lost about 8 lbs in the last 2 wks But I know they say you don't want to lose too fast, but I do!!! Hope this helps

Thanks for the advice you guys gave me about the whole boyfriend thing. (Remember, my bf kept making comments about his friend's girlfriend's breasts) Anyway, it turns out that his friend and that girl broke up.
Blah blah blah...... Anyways, we got back together? Yah you guys are gonna hate me. But, you know what though - he did change. He has gotten better. He treats me right now, he respects me. I guess when we broke up for a couple of days he realized a lot of stuff, he pretty much missed me I guess. He has changed, but I hope it will be permanent. Heehee.. Im glad you guys still remembered me. And as for all of your advices on boyfriends and stuff, I really did take them to the heart. But, I've got a weak heart and I love this guy. I also like to give people chances.=) Thanks for every ounce of advice, Nitra and girls. =D

Hi! Actually my two biggest complaints with them are very dry mouth and insomnia. But its been well worth it to lose what i have!!! I must say tho,by my hot chocolate post!, i'm not sure if i'm losing effects or just wigging out over bad food But i haven't done too well lately,what willpower i have there's always tomorrow tho. Thanks for the congrats, I hope you do just as well on it!!! Keep me posted
