    Red face

I started phen Thursday. This is Saturday. I've been drinking TONS of water and ate just under 1000 each day. This morning my scale said I have lost 10 lbs.

    Is this possible???

    I'm just 5'. I'm a shorty. Got a squatty body.

I was happiest and looked great when I stayed within the 100-110 lb range. When I started heading up toward 110 I would take a Dexatrim to curb the hunger, eat less, and I was fine. But since I've gained this ton of weight, Dexatrim won't cut it.

I'm taking 15 mg phen along with Wellbutrin. I'm still feeling some hunger but it's not a constant, all-consuming thing. I'm able to focus on other things instead of thinking about food all day.

I'm really watching the calories too. I gave up on counting fat grams. My science professor said it doesn't matter what kind of calories they are -- if you eat too many, the body will store them as fat and your body doesn't CARE what kind of calories they are.

So I'm amazed by how much (or how little) food can total 1000 calories in a day. I swear, with the Cokes and food, I must have been consuming 3,000 each day!

If I keep up these tiny portions I'm sure I'll develop new eating habits. That's the main thing -- keep the new habits instead of falling into your old ones.
