Ok say you want to use one from your homepage..then you would go there and right click on the pic and go to properties and get the addy.. say you use this one
[IMG]http://members.*****com/missjoli22/images/dectwentynine.jpg[/IMG]

Then add the [IMG] at the beginning and [/IMG] at the end. (provided the a*o*l works) your pic should come up here so it would look like this
[IMG] the addy [/IMG] without any spaces.
