Okay, I have a question... I just found out that I have polysystic ovarian syndrome and that that is probably why I've gained so much wait over the past 2 years... as well as some other problems I've been having. Does anyone know about this? I've looked on line, but I can't really find very much info. I can't understand how your hormones affect your blood sugar and weight gain?
    Thanks,
    kelley

Hi I was going back in the forums and found a topic you posted back in May. i also have pcos and have done tons of research because I am getting married soon and want to have kids. I just started taking metformin I used to take it and i got so sick I started with on.y 500mg recently instead of 1500. It is fine to take with Phen. They think pcos stems from insulin resistace which also makes you gain weight. You may already know all of this, but if you have any questions let me know I would be happy to help
