Oh my gosh! I almost can't beieve it. In one week since I have been taking phen I have lost 7-8 pounds. Of course it could be mostly water weight. I wasn't drinking a lot of water before. Now I am drinking way more than 60 ounces per day. I am still hungry on it later in the day though. How long does it take for your body to adjust and the appetite suppressant actually works all the time? Mornings seem to be fine, but the later it gets the hunger pains start to come, even immediately after I have eaten. I am still a little pessimistic about the whole thing but I am TRYING to keep a good and positive attitude about the whole thing. :0)

I started my exercise program on Thursday last week, slowly of course. Thursday and Friday all I did was Cardio. Today I started working out with weights again. It felt really good.

From now on I will be doing three days Cardio. Three days weight training, alternating upper and lower body. My main goal is inches more so than weight, but I would like the weight to come down also.

Congratulations! You've had a great start! It sounds like you have a great workout plan also.

What type of phen are you taking? When do you take it? I take a 30 mg. capsule after breakfast (around 7 AM during the week- always before 9 AM on weekends.) I try not to eat after 8 PM. If I exercise in the late afternoon, I'm usually not very hungry at dinnertime. I actually have a list of things to do in the evenings for those times when I just want to eat for no reason. You might try a cup of warm broth or two to ward off the evening munchies.

    Have a good week!

I am taking a 30mg capsule. I am supposed to take mine about 1/2 hour before I eat in the morning. I will have to try that for the nights I get hungry. Some are worse than others.

I had the late day hungries too - so I took someone's advice and started taking my phen at noon instead of morning. I eat okay in the a.m. anyway - it's later in the day that I need help. I still get late night munchies, but it starts later, and I can usually just go to bed.

WoW! Congrats on your first week! I'm so proud of you! I'm on my first week also. It's been 5 days for me, and I'm afraid to look at the scale yet...I'm hoping to get some exciting results like yours! It's so good to read posts about people having success on the weight loss. It really encourages me more. I haven't really got an excersize program yet. It's only been 4 days, but my schedule changes everyday, so it's hard to plan excersize. A friend of mine told me to just do 20 crunches, jumping jacks and crossovers in the morning and it will help dramatically. I hope to get a program going soon.
    Keep posting!!! Good work!
