    Question

I got this quote of a medical website and am wondering if anyone else takes anything to speed up their metabolism? Or for diuretics?
    "Phentermine and Phendimetrazine
These medications have been used with great success for 30 years. Most people have problems with overeating from mid-day to late evening. There are also different dosages of these medications making it easy to make adjustments if necessary. Thyroid supplementation and/or a diuretic (water pill) may be used if requested and not contraindicated for no additional charge."
Let me know what you think!?

I would stay away from water pills at all costs! Water pills ultimately destroy the bodies natural ability to excrete water on it's own and in the long run, you get more and more sensitive to bloating. These are addictive in the sense that after so much prolonged use of these things, the body depends on them to excrete water. The very best thing you could do is read Moon's thread on drinking water and follow it. That is the best diuretic on the market!!

    Good luck to you.
