I am dying to tell someone so what better place to come than here. I got on the scales this morning and have lost 13lbs. since the first week of May. I know its not that much but for me it is. I am only 5ft 1 so every pound I lose makes such a big difference. Of course the phen is helping but I also have been drinking so much water that I think someone could throw me in a lake and I could actually stay under water like a fish..ha! I have been doing an hour of taebo and an hour running on the treadmill about 5 or 6 times a week.

The best thing about it all is that I was able to get my butt into a pair of old jeans last night and didn't even have to **** my gut in. I was so excited.

I still have about 20 or 25 more to go but I am happy that I have lost what I have already. New stats: 165/152/125-130

That is great I have been on Phen for about one week and I am the same height as you are and I know exactly what you mean by every pound counts. In one week I have lost 4lbs. I have not seen any big changes yet, but I am very happy for you. Keep it up.

Way to go luvracing! Congratulations! Isn`t that a great feeling when you can actually slip into something with minimal effort? I remember when, in high school, we would deliberately buy jeans that, after putting them on, you had to lay down on the floor in order to get them buttoned and zipped!!

Now, I would die if I had to do that! LOL! Congrats again and keep up the good work!
