hey all , my sis is new and thinking about starting phen. she was wondering how much you loose in the 1st month I told her an avg. but if you all could just put how much you had to loose and how much you lost the 1st month on Phen ... Thanks all

My first experience with phen was in 96'. I lost 15 pounds the first month. I exercised more and more the longer I was on phen (3 mos. total). I lost about that much the second month. I am taking phen again because, guess what!, I gain some weight back over the years. Hope this helps!

during the 1st month I lost 8lbs.
That pretty muched remained the average for me during the 1st 6 months.
