    Today is the second day on this phentermine. WHen should I see results? What kind of changes should I expect? What is a good way to help remove the excess from the hips and thigh area?

    The last time I took phen (today is my first day on it in years) people starting noticing in exactly two weeks. It was amazing. I didnt notice it until everyone I knew starting mentioning it. That is the best feeling. Just know that it will happen and hang in there!

    Hi Adrianna:
    Weight training is good too...I belong to a gym that has a woman's weight room...Me and a handful of other "shy" woman work out in there. Especially the Glut (butt) machine works great...also starting walking fast 1/2 hour a day - weight isn't melting off but my hips and butt are shrinking!! Good luck!! marg

    HELLO ADRIENNE

    I have been on and off phen since last November. Results come from what you put into it. If you follow a healthy eating plan you will see results. I have seen here that the more you have to lose the quicker your beginning results are. You should expect to lose 2 to 5 pounds a week the first couple of weeks and then 1 to 3 pounds after that.

    Hi Adrienne, The best hip and thigh exercise is swimming. Even if you can't swim very well. I lost many inches off these trouble areas, even where miles of running had not touched! Luna
