Hi Cindy, Good Job on the weight you have lost, thats great!!!! I am in a slump/funk also...but please hang in there. Are you drinking a lot of water?....not a lot but "A LOT"!!!!? Read Moon's post on water...Put on a CD while you are getting your new home together. When things are "settled" take time for you...You Deserve It! Donna

    Hi Cindy,
I don't think there is anything as stressful as a move! My husband and I have moved seven times in eight years, and needless to say over that time I have packed on the pounds (50)! I have just started phen. myself about a month ago. I started at 15mg. but it did nothing for me and have just started the 30mg. I have lost only 4lbs in the last month and have gotten pretty discouraged. We have been in our new home for a little over a year, but I still feel stressed...I always have the feeling of not being "at home" because I don't know when we may move again (job related). I think I turn to food to reduce stress and to get the comfort I need...I know there are better ways to deal with stress, but sometimes I am just overwhelmed, and like you, just feel crappy! Give yourself time to adjust to your new environment and focus on how great you've done with your weight loss...you are a role model for me! I'm 5'4" and weigh 175....I hope I see 140 soon! I think you must look great...so be proud of yourself...maybe you are just over exhausted from the move....believe me, I know, there is nothing that can drain you like that! Keep going and stay positive - make sure you're taking your vitamins!
    Best to you!
