I've been on phen 37.5mg for about 2 weeks and have dramatically less energy now than prior to taking it. I went from ebing someone whe slept 4-5 hours per day for the last 10 years to getting 11 hours last night and I'm still unable to function normally. I am so lethargic that I could not even walk on the treadmill at a decent pace tonight. Over the last several months I've gotten to the point where I run 2-3 miles per day during the week and 6 miles on the weekend.

Is this lack of energy normal???? I'm thinking of quitting the phen and going to back to my normal routine and exercise/diet program. Also, I've only lost 4lbs. since I began with phen.

Thumbs up
The first few weeks, I was the same way, I bonked out about 5:00 every day. I would lay down for about 15 minutes, then go work out, after a less than stellar workout, I would feel a lot better, and be good to go until close to Midnight. Now, I don't have to rest, and I have a lot more energy. I sleep about 6 hours, which is normal for me. Make sure you aren't eating too little, this may play a part in it, too.
