I was wondering what everyone is taking out there. i am currently taking 37.5 phen tablets however it is not working anymore. can anyone please give me some insight on whgat you are taking and if it is working for you. i am thinking about ordering some on the internet and would like to know what works best for you.

your replies would be deeply appreciated. thanks

I'm taking 37.5 Adipex, which is brand name Phen as opposed to generics. Sometimes, the reason the Phen stops working is tolerance. Continuous use causes the body to adjust, and the Phen no longer has any effect. People create tolerance at different rates. If you haven't been using Phen very long, trying another type may help. They are all Phen, but not everyone responds the same. Some prefer Adipex to generics; others claim there is no difference...etc.

You also have a choice of stopping the Phen for a week or two..then start again, to see if you are "re-sensitized." Another option is a dose increase....like an extra 1/2 tab later in the day. You may have to try different methods.

Make sure that you are taking it on an empty stomach, for some reason it isn't as effective if you have food in your stomach when you take it. Sonny is right about the tolerance, some people develop a tolerance to the stuff very quickly. Maybe you should take a break for a while and see if that helps...have you been able to lose weight on the meds? How long have you been taking it for?

I switch form Phen to brand name Adipex every so often once I build up tolerance to one. This works for me.
