oh. sorry. ok, seriously. if you are close to your goal weight, this is going to be extremely tuff to do. to come close, ~ i would do two 40 min workouts a day, ~ sauna, bodywraps, and weights too, in addition to the, workouts, of 20 min. ~drink lots of water and cals to be no more than 1000 and none after 7 at night. just my honest opinion.~ good luck. and, let me reitterate, i am not a doctor or and nor can i recommend. check with your doc! ~ pjb~
