Is everyone just starving themselfs while taking the prescription drugs. Or do you eat like normally would and still loose weight.

Hey Tiff! It all works together here! You must make life changes and good choices to be able to make it a lifetime habit. The medicine takes the edge off and helps deal with the hunger issue, but this is the time you can learn to eat right, exercise, drink tons of water......and see results from it. I know that the first time I ever took Adipex, I ate what I wanted....lost weight......but gained it all back when I went off the medicine. It seems a waste of money and time if you dont make the changes you need to make. So...good luck and look here for support each day. I can honestly say that I dont know if I could do it as easily or as "fun" without all of these people to relate to and gain support from.
tiff,I have been a user for almost three months.I dont really find myself eating as much as i used to which is good i keep my metabolism stable by eating 5 small meals a day, carrots, some fruit, ricecakes small breasts of chicken, some beans occasionally.yogurt for breakfast, and lots of water keep it going it will come off sooner than you think-SIS
Hi Tiff I couldn't do it if I had to starve myself. I eat between 1200 and 1400 calories a day, sometimes less if I feel like I forcing myself to eat when I'm not hungry. The phen for me just makes me feel satisfied sooner, I too eat 6 small meals a day. Low carbs, but healthy. I have found that if I eat till I'm stuffed, I feel awful now. So I eat my meal, sometimes without finishing it, when I feel SATISFIED, not full. The phen also helps me not want all the pretzels and ice cream that I so love. Good Luck Tee
