I have my list of Carbs, Calories, Fats and Protein #'s.(thanks for all your help)Been lowering the cal. intake and exercising...........now it seems like all of you are loosing a lot more than I am
So, I have to ask, are any of you useing the Atkin or Somersize or whatever along with the Phen?? Give me your input, maybe I can find something to help me move along a little faster - thanks!Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone-
