surprisingly, making it without phen

earlier in the week i posted fear about running out of phen until payday. i didn't know if i could do it. well, i'm happy to say payday has come and gone and i have not refilled my prescription yet. oh, i will, cause i have 2 more refills and i want to have some in case i really need it, but so far, i'm doing it!! on tuesday, i had to make about a million christmas cookies for my son and daughter's school christmas party, and i ended up eating 2 (haystacks, which someone suggested in "christmas goodies". i was so upset with myself, but i didn't have to be. i got SO SICK that day, nausea and diarrea, and that sure cured me. have had no desire to repeat my cheat. i guess my bod wasn't used to eating that much butter and sugar in one sitting, since i haven't had any of that since starting in july. i am happy to report a continuous weight loss of now 111 lbs. not in small part due to all of you. thanx!

Good for you! I think after a while it is easy to get "mentally addicted" to phen. Congrats on your weight loss and Happy Holidays!

I noticed that it took a couple of days to get out of my system. I went a couple of days without being hungry at all. Paula

Phentermine is only supposed to be used to help us retrain ourselves to eat healthy anyway. Sounds you've got it licked!! I am SOOO thrilled for you!!
