    Hey annie:

I would suggest that you eat some fresh spinach. I eat alot of lettuce, and that has really helped me. And if I really have to, I will take a mild correctol. Grapes, cherries are just a few of the natural ways to help constipation. Search around this site, I know that there are several posts on this subject with alot of suggestions.

    Good luck

but there were none. thanks again and i do intend to reserch it.
    sincerely,

    Annie,
That is about the only problem I have had. I eat about 4 or 5 prunes every other day and it keeps me pretty regular. Exercise really helps too.
