Another day of resisting food bad food choices! We have been having employee appreciation week at work so they have had a popcorn popper going and bringing in lots of food. I have been so happy that I have been able to resist! Today I walked over to the food table and took 2 slices of baked turkey, a piece of lettuce and a tomato and wrapped them all together then took a teaspoon size drop of mustard to dip it in. The girl next to me brought chips, home made cookies and other goodies..I again was able to say no. Im not saying it is easy to resist but I want much more to lose the weight so the treats are just not worth it for me.

Also I got news that I got a promotion and a raise! I was so happy. I feel bad in some ways with so many loosing their jobs. I feel very fortunate.

Ok I know yall are sick of hearing my happy day stories but I just get so excited and want to share with someone. Just tell me to shut up..lol.

Congratulations on your pomotion. It's really great to be appreciated for the work we do.
Do you have a lot of willpower or does the phen work so well so you can resist. I can resist when I am not home. But at home I can't leave it alone if I really like whatever it is. You are doing so well you should be the poster girl for phen.

Thanks! Sam the pills help with the appetite but willpower has to come from within. I do have a lot. I think it is because Im so stubborn that when I make up my mind Im determined and focused. I just got rid of all the junk in my house so Im not tempted. I dont buy any. Nice living alone so I can do that. I did find a bag of those new lays chips..the classic bistro ones..buried up in the top of the cabinet. I opened them..ate 2 gave one to the dog and put the rest away.

Guess this is one time being stubborn is a good thing..lol.

It's like I told you, at the end of this movie your going to end up with the skinny bod, the nice guy, etc. I really believe in karma and you definately deserve all the positive things life has to offer!!
