Hi all I just started the phen this mourning and I need a patner to do weekly weigh in on Saturdays with me I really need the motivational support. Can anyone help me?

Hi everyone!i am new to this and not really sure how to post or reply but i am giving it a try. I have been reading all the messages and replies and am really excited about starting Phen. tomorrow. I wanted to post a message myself to let everyone know that i am looking for a partner too and alot of moral support too. I have gained almost 30lbs in the last 2 months because of medication i was on and TODAY the doc finaly gave me phen to help me get it off. I have to lose this weight because i am having back surgery soon and i am not to thrilled to be heading in the direction of the knife. I am also a diabetic and for that reason alone i have to lose this weight. Well i hope this note finds all well and just wanted to let all know that i am here to talk to also. take care and lets shed those pounds together. Can't wait to start tomorrow.
Tall oh! almost forgot my stats are: 238/goal 175 and i am 6'1 yeah i know kinda tall for a girl huh?......LOL |

hey all! seems like we have gotten a good start on the support...the more the better!!! good luck to everyone i know you can do it. if i drink one more glass of water i am going to drown! but the results are incrediable so far can't wait til the first week is up to weigh in (not that i haven't been on the scales already just to get a peek!lol) talk to ya later. bye for now

I would also love to be your partner. I just started phen 2 days ago. My doctor would only prescribe 15 mg due to me also taking 20mg celexa. I hope this works. One problem is I go on vacation tomorrow to the mountains for 3-4 days. Hope the phen will curb my appetite. I have already made my goody bag with lots of healty snacks. Will look forward to weighing in Saturday night.

She made me sign a release form. The first day, I took a whole phen, but ever since I'm only taking half and my appetite is still curbed. So, your dr. will probably up your dose, if it doesn't work for you. Good luck, and lol. |
