Just had to share my first month weigh in..I lost 11 pounds!!!!!!! I didn't think I had lost that much so I was very surprised and more motivated to keep going!

Just had to tell somebody!!!!

That is wonderful and there is nothing like that feeling! Congratulations! I like THAT feeling alot more than the feeling I get from a whopper and fries. If only I can keep remembering that.....

congrats newme~! fantastic start. ~ welcome. ~ drink the water/ make habit exercise, and eat healthy til only what you want.( with cheats of course) ~ and remember,
nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
