Guys....
I am not a "hot momma" or anything.
I look better than before,and have some confidence... but geesh.
we were at this party, drinking and having a good time, my hubby was outside smoking, and this guy,the only singe one at the party grabbed me and kissed me. I said what the hell are you doing.... my husband is right out side... leave me alone...
and he did.
what want to know is what gave him the right to do that???
yeah ok maybe the alcohol made him feel like he had the right.
but geesh.
I told my hubby, and the first thing he said was did you do anything to bring it on??
my girlfriend said, what were you wearing???

HOW COULD IT BE MY FAULT SOMEONE KISSED ME?

I felt so invaded....
another guy there at the party wouldnt leave me alone, I got mad at my hubby for leaving me alone with all these guys while he smoked.

it makes me mad...
no one paid attention to me at 236 lbs.
now at a size 10, what gives them the right?

I feel for ya Keli, i've been there and been through all that a very long time ago when I was a lil bitty size 5. Guys are just pigs and put alcohol in one and you get a stupid pig..<ok not all to be fair, but most i've met> Now here I sit a size 16<gets faint from even the thought> and not one man pays me any attention, other than my hubby which suits me just fine. I think if that happened to me once I lost the weight I would have to chew someones head off and then spit it out...What bothered me most about your post was your friend and hubby's attitude "Did you do anything to bring it on" and "What were you wearing" Omg I don't care what your wearing that is not an invite for ANYONE to put their hands on you. And so what if you just strike up a casual conversation. That is accepted and taken for what it is worth when your overweight, but what then it becomes a pick-up when your attractive????? I don't think so!!!!! Ok i'm getting too worked up over this one.
I guess just go smoke with hubby at next party or dress in a feed sack..lol j/k

I feel your pain.
I was at a party with my ex husband once and one of his FRIENDS walked right up to me and grabbed my boobs. Just like it was nothing, like he was giving me a hug.
It should be illegal for some men to drink. They are cocky and arrogant enough with out alchohol to make them braver!

As a woman, Isnt it great to know that you are smarter than half the population!

Men are jerks!! That is all there is too it, and put alcohol with a jerk, and you have trouble just waiting to happen.

I have been through the thin and heavy looks from men. The thinner you get, the more agressive and STUPID the men get. I am sure there are some smart great ones out there, (right GOD?

) but they have never come up and talked to me.

Find a great line to use on them and slap the next jerk who just assumes that he can kiss you!

You are a wonderful person no matter what size you are, don't let some jerk of a man get you down, they are never worth that.

You are hot and give off the aura now! I know it is annoying but Im telling you Im over 200lbs and believe it or not but that stuff happens to me. When you feel good about yourself you exude an aura of confidence and others pick up on that. Not everyone feels good about themselves when they are over 200lbs, Im weird! I think Im adorable and love myself the way I am so I exude that aura too.

I know this is not an excuse for men to behave that way but it is a compliment as lame as it is. If you dont want the attention then you can go outside with hubby or escape to a spot where you wont be noticed when he is not around. Men and booze make pigs!

There are some guys that tell me gosh you are so beautiful if only you would lose weight. Well Im gonna get even with them..lol. When I lose the weight Im going to ignore them or say oh gosh you are such a nice looking guy if only you would put your **** back in your pants and sew your mouth shut.

Girl you have worked hard and are hot now! Just know that and forget about the jerks in the world.

Nitra, I think I've seen a picture of you on this website. Blonde, attractive? You do NOT look like you are over 200 lbs! Are you still or are you talking before you lost weight? How tall are you? I know that makes a big difference with people. I'm only 5'2" - 5'3" so 5 lbs looks like 20 lbs on me.

I have a group of male friends that work with NASCAR drivers....and they hang with them, go out with them, etc. and see so many pretty, young, thin, girls......so when one of them complimented me (in a not-so-mannerly way the other night), I smiled and felt great, even though I know my boyfriend would have killed him and probably me!!

I know, I know..DFW is a large city but I have a great friend who lives there. He works for MedStar as an EMT. I should actually say, we were involved at one time in my life and we keep in contact. He is originally from CA but moved there after being stationed there in the Air Force. I, at one point in my life, considered moving there before getting married. I will be heading down that way in November for a business trip. Actually going to Dallas. Anything exciting or any great places I NEED to see? My friend and I are going to do din-din while there. I'm excited actually!
