Under thyroid/metabolism tips LL asks if B-12 pills will speed metabolism, I thought you already said B-12 shots do? I can't understand why you would be deceitful LL. Everyone on here is supporting each other, now your wondering if the shots speed up your metabolism when you said in an earlier post they don't work as well as the shots. Just don't post to try and upset people please! This is a support group!!!
