Hi All:
I just wanted to suggest something to those who seem like they stopped losing weight. I have been doing phen for almost 2 months now and I am approaching the 45 pounds lost mark. Whenever I would not lose anything for a few days straight, I would eat whatever I wanted... chicken wings, pizza, cheesesteaks... Whatever. I would do this for a weekend - Friday through Sunday. Then starting on Monday, I would eat salads only. Sometimes I would skip dinner and just work out. Doing this, I would lose 10 pounds in the first 2 days, and usually 2 pounds per day for a few days after. It seems to kick my metabolism into high gear for a few days and the pounds start coming off.
Just a suggestion to anyone who needs it.
