N.W. it was good to hear from you. Most people think we are nuts to want to weigh 104...105 but if we were that before why shouldn't we be that again. I also have the problem of not wanting to eat. I am doing slimfast in the morning and for lunch a healthy choice. I like the Turkey with wild rice and stuffing. It even comes with desert...lol...Cherry cobler. At dinner I try to eat meat with vegetables or chicken with vegetables. I myself stay away from potatoes, breads ect. I am a big candy eater and I will not give that up...lol Water is the best as much as you can, even though I hate it. It will melt the fat right off. Lets keep in touch. I know you should not weigh yourself everyday, but I do. It helps me. The thing I also like is the inches come off also, sometimes before the weight. Where do you live, My doctor does not have a problem giving it to me. he said some people take phentermine just for energ even if they don't have any weight to lose.
