Thread: feeling fat again?!

    Wow. So I just started Phen a week ago (yellow and grey capsules-15mg) and up until today, I have felt great-down some pounds, energetic, etc...
    Then, i wake up this morning feeling fatter than ever! I really feel like I am like 20 lbs. heavier than when I started.
    What gives? Am I going to keep feeling fatter and fatter every day?
    I just finished my period a few days ago, so it isn't that. And I haven't weighed myself today.
    I just want to know what gives?
    One of myfriends has also been on it about a week, and she hit the same thing today, and we are just miserable over it.
    Advice? Help? Sympathy?

    Amy i hear u totally.. for the past 3 wks since ive been on phen i lost almost 10 lbs.. but I feel the same way.. And i keep askin my husband "do i look fatter to u ? " lol and hell tell me no that it looks like im losing.. but i dont understand it either.. and ive been drinkin alott of water but still i feel like Ive gained a ton.. anyone know y or is going through the same thing?

    I'm real slow today What do you two mean by "feeling fatter"? Do you physically feel fatter? Do you just think you look fatter? Please explain in simple idiot terms

    As I sit here and type, I feel soooooooooo FAT!!!! Thought about going back to the gym even though I have already been today! I just feel yucky!! Can't wait to lose all this weight!! 15 down 25 to go!!

    I have been trying to drink a ton of water, which has been fairly eaasy since i feel like i have dry mouth and sh**breath constantly now.
    I haven't weighed myself, so I don't know, but I don't THINK i actually gained anything back. i just feel-blah. like i am still just a fat girl
    like i thought i almost lost one of my rolls (how gross am i?!) and today i feel like it is back and bigger, like it brought friends!!!
    I think maybe the "newness" of it is wearing off psychologically and i just realize i am not going to be down 40 lbs in 1 week, so I had a mini-reality check?
    I don't know.
    I appreciate greatly your feedback and feel better knowing that others are going throughit too!!

    Does lack of recent bowel movement account for this "fat" feeling? Good luck to all of the new users. Just be patient.

    Amy kate..don't worry ..it comes and goes for me...especially during that time of the month or when I have eaten something I know I shouldn't have....like pizza,beer and ice cream....(crash diet from danelady) Just hang in there and try not to get too depressed about it...you will feel better soon

    and drinks gallons of water and eat lots of fruit!!

    I know exactly how you feel amy>>when i finally decided that it was time to get rid of my "rolls" and the 70 lbs that make them up i went to a gym where they give you a personal trainer to put you on an exercise program...they didnt just weigh me but measured me>>god i felt just awful when i read the measurements! but you know what my trainer said? "dont be discouraged--use it to measure your success" and that is just what i did. Now somedays i will workout for 40 min and feel great and even thin but when i walk by the mirror i sure dont see thin--YET! but it will happen and i just try to look ahead and set REALISTIC goals like 10 to 12lbs a month not a week. I have lost 7lbs and still have 12 days left till i go to the doctor for my first checkup since on phen...but i realize just like you do that you have to want it bad enough to do the work it takes to get rid of it. good luck and use the "fat days" to motivate you not bring you down!!
