I am so glad I found this board! I have been taking Phen, but haven't lost anything yet. But,It has only been 9 days.I have read about the blue/white caps-are these Ionamin? I am a medical professional, and had a hard time with the ordering online thing. I didn't want to do anything illegal, but rationalized that I have been on the generic Fastin through a weight loss clinic in Kentucky. I am just avoiding he long drive! I have enjoyed reading the posts and am looking forward to getting rid of some of this flab.! I got the crappy yellow capsules, too, then ordered some Adipex. they seem to work better for me. The yellow ones had a kick at first, then wore off. Best of luck to all us Phennies!
