Hello! Yes, I'm new here. Haven't tried any phen YET. Trying to figure it all out, all the different strengths and "colors", very confusing. So, what sites have the best buys? Are the meds all about the same? Is 30mg the same as 37.5mg?? doesn't sound the same. . . Next, history, I see some have been on the med long term and lost, have they kept it off? I know that is always a hard one for us all, no kidding! I have been doing Carb Addicts diet (like the reward meal aspect!!!!), but really feel I need a boost. Thanks for any help, I have been enjoying the talk on this site! by for now

I can tell you a little, but there are others here who have used Phen much longer. I've been on Phen 3 1/2 months. Basically, there is generic Phen....just called Phentermine...and there are the brand names(like Adipex, etc) You'll pay more for brand name than generic. The chemical formula is the same; but there COULD be subtle differences in the drug action itself...(time-release vs. an "all at once" effect) I take the 30mg generic capsules; I just don't think 15 mg would be enough. I may go to 37.5 tabs though...the advantage is the tab can be broken in half so you could do two doses in one day.(Capsules shouldn't be divided ). 15/30/37.5 are all different amounts of mg/dose. The appetite supressant effect wears off later in the evening ,so you have to deal with that. It can take time to figure out the best dose/time treatment plan...I'm still working on mine. Personally, I'm considering using 37.5 tabs, so I can test how I do on a half tab....and be able to re-dose later in the day(which I can't do with 30mg capsule...I think 60mg a day would be overdose)You have to do what is best for you....we're all different; the more you have to loose, the faster.
