have been reading post about cleanse......does it mess up other drugs in your system if you keep taking them........how do you do a cleanse?put this way does it mess up non addictive drugs in your system?

It is advised when you do a cleanse, you should stop taking all drugs. A body develops tolerance to all drugs over time. A cleanse cleanse out medications, and all other food toxins ( such as candy) and toxins you get just from every day living. After a clenase all meds will work just as they did the first time they were taking.

If you absolutly can not go without a med, I see no reason why you can not still do a clenase. I have never heard of it altering the effects of meds. The only think I take while on a cleanse is my birth control and take a dexttrim later in the day.

To be blunt, all a cleanse does is clean out all the leftover/extr crud in yout stomach/colan/intestines that a normaol bowel movement does not remove.

Because all pill form cleanses are different, they all contain different ingrediants. Even though I take them, I am not real sure from one to the next what is is then. I mean, I do read the ingrediants, but don't memorize them. Visit more.come or planet** or any other site like that. Do a search for detox or cleanse. Lots of products will come up with information. You just have to wade through it and pick the one that works for you. They range from 2-10 days. Some you take 2 pills a day some you take 6. Some cleanse have 2 different pills for am and pm. Some cleanse come in a powder you mix with water and drink. As for the directions, follow the product directions. They contain meal menu's as well. And tips.
GNC carries good ones, but cost $20-$50.

As for the juice cleanse, I use Hollywood Juice Diet and Celebrity Juice Diet. Both are a 2 day juice fasts. Also known as a cleanse/detox. They cost $29.99 for one bottle that last 2 days. You mix it with water. I only do these every 6 months or so. And I only buy them online auctions when they are cheap. I had the recepie to make it myself, but now I can;t find it..boo-hoo...With this you can not eat any solid foods.

I am sorry that I have no more information to give. I am not an expert on cleanses. I just do them. I just randomly picked a product. Mostly I picked the cheapest.
