nausea

I just started taking phentermine and it has made me have really bad nausea. How long does this last because I feel horrible Thanks

It should only last a couple of days. If it last longer than a week, call your doctor and tell him.

I have been taking phentermine for 2 months now. During the last few weeks, I also have been nausiated and dizzy at times. I took phentermine last year and had no problems except a rapid heartbeat at times. I have lost 15 pounds in the 2 months.

I've been on phentermine for a while and when I first started taking it I noticed that sometimes I would get nauseated and light headed. I talked to my doctor about it and he said that it was because I wasn't eating. Which I wasn't. I would wait until way after (a couple of hours) I took my pill to eat. I started making sure I ate at least SOMETHING and I haven't really had much of a problem with it since I've been doing that. Now I KNOW that when I start to feel nauseous I need to eat something pronto. Have you tried this? My friend also takes phentermine and was having the same problem, she too started eating right after she took her pill and it took care of the problem. So I suggest trying that and if it doesn't work...I don't know. Drinking coffee seems to worsen the problem too.
