    Hi everyone,
I hope you all are doing well. Listen, I need you all's help and encouragement.I stepped on the scales this am and I still am at 205. I have been on Phen for 1 week now (37.5).
I haven't been eating the whole 1200 calories per day. I just haven't been hungry and I guess it's a mental thing too, you know, no food, lose weight.
I excercised really hard three times this week and I just do not understand why I'm at a stand still. I really want this (weight loss), but this is the time that I always lose hope because the scales won't budge. I could just cry. I'm sorry for being a baby, but will you guys please help me.
    Thanks being such good friends.

    Tonya,
    Where are you cycle wise?
If your at pms or bloating time that could explain a lot . Also you say you've been excersising a lot... Cardio or weight? If you've been adding muscle that also explains a great deal. Muscle weighs more than fat but gaining muscle mass is a great thing! You need the increased muscle to increase blood flow oxygen circulation and as a result eventual fat burn . Cheer up, Buttercup!!! IF you keep it up all of a sudden your're going to wake up and find the horror not of your weight but of the fact that ALL OF YOUR JEANS ARE TOO BIG!!!!
I should know, I had a slow start too, now I've gotta explain to my hubby the HUGE visa bill about to arrive next week

    You'll be OK

EvaRSwon, you have really made my day. Your words of comfort made me smile and feel a lot better. I made a mistake in my first message a the end. I am 215/205/135. My cycle is not even close to being here so I can't say that's it. As far as excersize I've been walking (very fast pace), and doing Denise Austin cardio. But Eva I have only done this 3x this week. I've only been on Phen now for 8 days. But I'm going to keep at it. I really appreciate your advice and encouragement. Thanks

I just want to say keep your chin up

I have lost 21 lbs. Although it seems like it has taken forever. I have to stop and realize that if I had not made it through the hard times I wouldn't be where I am today. Do Not give up. If you are exercising and eating right. Then you are doing nothing but good for your body And eventually the lbs will start dropping off like crazy. Good luck hun You can do it!!!!

Tonya Tonya Tonya.......please tell me I didn't see you type, "you all's" up there.
Please tell me that was a typing mistake or even a brain ****
I guess you are not a native, hu?
I'm not either but at least I know how to type YA'LL correctly.

Now.....everyone......pay attention, this is not an attack on Ms. Tonya. This is one Texan to another Texan saying, "Girl, you need to get your **** together, cause the damn real Texans around these parts will shoot your *** if you don't know how to talk right."

Now that we have that out of the way. Let me find the nice person hiding inside and tell you what I really came to say.

Do not give up hope......you just need to do the right things and then it will happen. You, me and the rest of our Phenster family did not gain all these ugly extra pounds overnight and by God, we aint gonna lose them overnight either.
I hate to sound like a broken record and forgive me if you wrote a reply (old age ya know) but did you see my post regarding water? If not.....you need to find it and read it. I would tell you where to look but I don't want to lose my place here or my train of thought.
    Anyway.......ARE you drinking water?
    Tons of it?

Well......that was more than two cents worth so I'll shut up for a while.

    Welcome to........to........the funny farm.

Seriously Tonya, it's a battle with or without drugs.....but......it's a battle worth fighting. Hang in there and just take it one day at a time. You can do this and there are a ton of people here to help hold your hand a long the way.......honest.

Hold on tight, it's a long road but you're not alone.

    TTFN,
    Moon

    Hi Tonya,
My name's Tonya also so I decided I'd add my 2 cents in here too. Like you I'm having a hard time losing this weight. I started 2 months ago at 190 and I've only gone down to 177. Most days I get a little discouraged so I come here and read all the wonderful posts to get uplifted.
I'm doing all that I can to lose this weight, I do Tae-Bo at least 4x a week, I eat well, and I drink about a gallon of water a day. It's very true when they say "You didn't get there over night, so don't expect to leave that way either." It's a slow process but I'm positive that it'll be worth it in the end !!!
Good luck to you and keep the faith !!!!
