Hi everyone,
I hope you all are doing well. Listen, I need you all's help and encouragement.I stepped on the scales this am and I still am at 205. I have been on Phen for 1 week now (37.5).
I haven't been eating the whole 1200 calories per day. I just haven't been hungry and I guess it's a mental thing too, you know, no food, lose weight.
I excercised really hard three times this week and I just do not understand why I'm at a stand still. I really want this (weight loss), but this is the time that I always lose hope because the scales won't budge. I could just cry. I'm sorry for being a baby, but will you guys please help me.

. Also you say you've been excersising a lot... Cardio or weight? If you've been adding muscle that also explains a great deal. Muscle weighs more than fat but gaining muscle mass is a great thing!
You need the increased muscle to increase blood flow oxygen circulation and as a result eventual fat burn
