    Default ONLY 4lbs!!

    Hi all. I'm fairly new to this site and Phen. Started 2 wks ago today. Well I went for my 2 week weigh in and found that I have only lost 4 lbs in the first 2 weeks I was hopeing for atleast 5lbs. The nurse told me that I must have not had water weight. I'm doing everything by the book with Phen. 120 plus oz. of water, major excersise, and an extreme change to my diet. But my Doc was very pleased. Meanwhile I was not!! Thanks, I just had to tell someone who would care.

    Dont let that discourage you. U still lost 4 pounds! Thats good. Be positive and keep at it. Major exercise is good

    Awesome job 4lbs is great ! dont get discouraged what are you eating for calories a day? sometimes you have to tweek your diet ! keep up the good work !

    I KNOW WHAT YOUR FEELING THAT HOW I'VE BEEN SINCE FEB. BUT MY DR IS ALATED HE SAYS THAT 1.5- 2 LBS A WEEK IS HEATHLY WEIGHT LOSS. I ON THE OTHER HAND WANT TO SEE DRASTIC RESULTS. U READ SOME POST ON HERE WHERE GIRLS ARE LOSING 40 LBS IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS!! IT DOES NOT WORK THAT EASY FOR ME BUT I DECIDED THAT SINCE I AM LOSING I'LL BE HAPPY AND HOPEFULLY LOSING SLOWLY WILL MEAN I'M MORE LIKELY TO KEEP IT OFF ( I HOPE ANYWAYS) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND TRY TO NOT GET DISCOURAGED : 0
