WHAT TO EXPECT?
I JUS STARTED ON SUNDAY WHICH WAS FATHERS DAY I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT AND WITH NO DESIRE TO EAT BUT OFCOURSE I MAKE MYSELF EAT. BUT TODAY I WAS SUPER HUNGER AND I KINDA WORRIED THAT THE PILL ISNT WORKING ......IDK....HELP ANY SUGGESTION/OPINION

Where did you get your Phen from? I ask this because I never get hungry while taking it.

HI! I got mine from my dr. Its my first time taking it. I only take 18.75 per day and I do feel hungry sometimes, but I'm kind of glad because It will help me for when I am off of phen completely. I have been taking it for 3 weeks. I don't know if its normal or what but it works for me. Kinda reminds me to eat healthy things and not skip eating all together.

Hi and welcome what mg are you on? When do you take your phen ? key things to follow on phen are at least 100 oz of water a day ... hi protein keeps you fuller longer ! low sodium no processed foods or frozen dinners loads of sodium ..wish you the best of luck on your journey

totally understand how u feel.
I started phen for the first time just over a month ago and the same thing happened to me. Well it was like my stomach hurt and felt so empty...it was lack of fluids. I was never a water person at all, but the first day I made myself drink 85oz I felt so much better and clean and energized. Water is the key! I hate the empty tummy feeling and sometimes it makes me kinda sick and woozy so I have started chewing a lot of sugar free gum. Idk it gives me a little boost. Anywhoo..good luck! Be proud of yourself.

I feel hungry a lot. I'm consuming enough calories (1200-1500) and drinking tons of water, but, sometimes, ya just feel hungry. It's good to practice my self-control in those moments...I'm also taking 37.5 and on week 3.
