Just starting!

Hey all! I just started Phendimetrazine 2 days ago, along with BP pills. I am excited, but I have a little hang up, although I already feel it's working, I was wondering if taking the BP pills has an effect on the phen working prop or not? IDK just wondering. I'm doing well so far, feel energetic, and eating a strict protein only diet. I would love suggestions or experiences Wish me luck..here I go, for real this time!

Good luck! I don't have an answer to your question, but wanted to say welcome!!!! One little tid-bit I hear over, and over here is that drink a lot of water, it optimizes the effects of the phen. Also excess drinking of caffeine can flush the phen out of your system faster (so you want to limit caffeine, which was a hurdle on its own for me). I also just started phen and I'm on BP meds too. My doctor siad that the bp med should have no effect with how the phen works. I too was a little nervous about taking both meds but so far I have not had any problems. Good LUck!! Hope this helps.

hi and welcome to a great forum.this is a place you can come where everyone understands about the 'dieting'lifestyle.as far as your question goes about bp meds and phen i dont think ur dr would of perscribed them if u cant take them together.now if ur phen isn't through a dr.than i would just ask to be on the safeside.wish u lots of luck!!!!

Hey, Thanks guys! for all the support and advice! I went back to the clinic and found out I lost 5lbs! one week...and 1lb the week before, when I was on some herbal pills. 6lbs thats awesome. So now I am on phentermine 15mg and I start today! I will def keep everyone posted and I'm excited to see everyones results

I'm Not sure but Diet pill may be helpful.The effects of drugs can vary depending upon the kind of drug taken along with your diet pill, how much is taken, how often it is used.

I have been on this medication for almost three weeks and I feel it is working. I have to go back to the doctor in a week or so and check on to get my refill. I know that drinking plenty of water has helped me a lot. I drink at least 3 liters of water a day. I am trying to lose 30 lbs by the end of September for my graduation!! I have noticed from drinking so much water I do not crave any sweets or soda anymore :~} I limit myself to one or two cups of diet soda a day but drink lots and lots of water. I cannot wait to see what my results are when I go to check in! Good luck to you guys that have just started!

it seems to be going well for you, I am just starting and hopefully my results will show by the end of the month, can i ask you what do you eat throughout the day. because i have to force myself to eat sometimes.

wow it seems like we are in the same boat, i take hp meds with the phen, but it seems to be ok. we weight the same amount too. how funny good luck and keep posting and as soon as i start losing i will be posting my good news too.
