Hello I am on day 5 on phendimetrazine 35mg, 2 an hour before breakfast, and 2 aan hour before lunch. Last night my feet started to "tingle", "fall asleep", or feel "pins and needles" not sure how to put it. Its the feeling you get when you have been sitting in one position way too long, I do have an office job at a desk but I tend to move around a lot. But this happened last night and when I woke up my arm had the same sensation, but it went away. Now its just my feet that feel cold and a little tingly. Is this normal? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I would talk to your doc right away. I read on one of the posts awhile back that another member had this issue with the tingling... I believe she still has this issue even tho she only took phen for like 2 weeks. It could be some form of nerve damage, so please contact your doc asap to make sure you are ok.

I did go to my docter, he told me to increase my water intake as I may be a little dehydrated. I also had some blood work down to check my thyroid and we are waiting on those results. The tingling sensation has gone away and I haven't felt it since the day I first wrote the post.
