I take 30mg of phentermine per day, I think that it last about 7-8 hrs in the body, dose anybody know if you can take this pill to times a day? I seem to be having some trouble with late night munchies.

I take the 30mg..... what time are you taking it??? what do you normally eat.... how many calories?
