Phen Break!!!!
Did anyone take a break from phen? If so how long were you on it before you took a break and how long did you stay off of it. I was 185 when I started in Feb. and and now I'm 165lbs I'm trying to get to 145lbs by my birthday in Aug. Should I take a break or keep going? Thanks in advance for you answers!!!

I started in Jan 09 and took a phen break in April. I was off of it for 9 days and then I got back on because I was craving everything sugar, I didnt loose any weight while on a break but there were others that did great. We had a thread going for all of us on a phen break, try searching for it. Misswoo is the one who started the thread, but there was lots of different people expericing different stuff.
