I lost exactly 20 pounds in my first four weeks, but I have a lot more weight to lose that you do. Good luck!

I did. Although it says my weight is 194, which it is....my original starting weight was 217, it was my weight before nursing school. Lordy. So, I'm still "in progress" to a lifetime of changes. I lost 22lbs my first month alone and then I have the tendency to rationalize cheating since I typically start running. I plan on changing my plan this time.
