    Phen will make you urinate a lot, as well as you drinking a lot of water. Drink lots of water..approx. half your weight in oz, so that you can max out the results as well as make sure you dont get some of the phen side effects like headache.

    - 201 (down 90 lbs since baby, 60 on phen)

    10/25/2011 - 194 grr!
