WHAT'S GOING,NOBODY IS SAYING ANYTHING...

I've lost a total of 18lbs in one month,My husband says he can tell....Nobody at work tells me anything.I mean I see these people more than my family.I mean you want to here somthing ,Nobody saying anything but my husband ANYBODY HAVING THIS PROBLEM????

Well remember the first month our body releases a lot of water from internal excess water. It took about 2 months to see a difference in clothes and for others to notice. The first 2 months I lost 19 lbs and only lost 4 inches, where in my 3rd and 4th month I had lost another 26inches and about 6 lbs. So be patient and the compliments will come, you shouldnt be looking for the compliments though, because you have to make your own confidence. Yeah its nice to hear people say wow have you lost weight..but I dont really like it..it makes me think..wow they must of thought I was really fat.. Often some ppl dont say anything because they dont want to offend you..or most times women are catty and jealous..they def. dont want to compliment anyone lol...

I feel you on this one.. I had the same problem.. It hurt me so bad. when no one ever noticed.
I just kept on hanging in there.. People started noticing after I had lost around 25 lbs.. People are
still asking me if I am losing.. When the same people see u all the time.. they dont notice as much.
but when someone sees u . that hasnt seen in a couple of months or more.. they will say something..

I went to a Thanksgiving Feast at my daughters preschool yesterday. These people have known me for about 6 years now (my son went there too). And I KNOW these people can tell I've lost weight but most weren't saying anything to my face. Well, yesterday, I heard some girls whispering behind my back (literally) and I turned around and smiled at them and boldly asked what they were whispering about. And they said they were talking about how great I look, and how skinny I've become. (and these are truly catty girls, very gossipy, etc) So, it was nice to hear that from girls who definitely wouldn't have said anything if I hadn't pulled it out of them!

i think we were all on the same boat with this one. The more you weigh sadly the more you need to lose for people to notice it took me 26lbs before people said wow! have you been losing weight? its sad but true. Hang in there it will happen. And i agree with Aly the first 20lbs are water not just that those 18lbs you lost could of came from many different places. Are you measuring yourself?

I'm in the same boat...I've lost over 30lbs since starting Phen in October and the other day I asked my Boyfriend if he noticed anything...he said no!!! I almost cried...I've worked so hard to lose this weight and nobody notices it...on the other hand, my boyfriend started drinking tons of water (but didnt change his diet at all) and has lost 15lbs in the past month and all of his pants are falling off....how is that fair???

my doctor measured me yesterday from 39to 33 waist,Im not sure on how to tell measurments..Is that good.?I cant remember the other ones..Looks like ure doing a good job.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Men lose faster than women, I am so sorry your bf didn't notice!

My husband is getting to the point that if I am late he calls me. It is nice for him to show a little jealousy after 18 years together! He isn't even the jealous type!

The water loss thing depends on the person, not everyone retains large amounts of water! I have taken diuretics for years, so when I started Phen I had no water weight to lose. Each person carries water in a different way, some may only lose 3 pounds of water and others my lose 25, so it is not a fact that all of the weight you lose the first week or month is water.
