Thank you!

I do have to admit that it hasnt been hard at all, so far so good!
Phen does start losing it's affect because your body gets immune to it. I did start feeling like it wasn't working for me about a month ago, so I changed the time I was taking it and I also started incorporating exercise. I use to take it after breakfast and it worked fine at first, but then I didn't start feeling the energy and started getting hungry, so I changed the time, I started taking it 2 hours prior to eating in the morning and I started feeling the way I did when I first began.
I take 30 mg of phen (yellow capsule) with a water pill in the morning and phenD in the evening. I really haven't been taking the evening pill because I'm not hungry in the evening. I work out 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes on the treadmill, I'm not running because I'm still heavy. I walk 1.45 miles a day (speed 3.2 & uphill @ 12) I just started working out about 3 weeks ago,I only started @ (speed 2.7 & uphill @ 9) so I'm getting better, I someday hope I will be able to run. My calorie intake is anywhere from 800-1000 a day on a high protein diet.
My recommendation to you is, to start keeping a journal of the food that you're consuming, start counting your calorie intake & change up the time that you're taking pill, maybe try taking it either 1-2 before or after breakfast. If you notice that you're getting hungry more during the evening then take your pill a lil later in the day, instead of early morn take it late morn. You can also ask your doc if he could up your dosage of phen.
But whatever you do, dont get discouraged, remember any weight that you lose is better than gaining it. Everyone loses weight differently....
Good luck and keep me updated!
