It's Official

After a year and half on phentermine I am now off. Wish me luck!

Still taking my 1000 mg. B-12 daily. Working out. Watching What I eat.
I still would like to lose 15 more pounds. But I just felt it was time.

I just wanted everyone to know that I did not experience a terrible withdrawal that some may talk about. For about a day I was a little extra tired but other then that nothing crazy.

Do not be afraid ladies and gentlemen. When used properly, When going off properly ie. little by Little cutting back it can be done.

Phentermine is a great tool! Use it to it's best ability. Use it wisely.

Wow! When I first joined it seemed like you had been on here forever. Are you sure it's just a year and a half?

I went completely off Adipex after my vacation mid-July. I had taken breaks before then, too. Never had a problem going off it. It seemed anti-climatic after reading everyone's worries about it. It seems to me that it must be mostly a mental thing. Shoot, I still fight the same urges now that I did on the phen. Very little of my weight issue was ever about being actually hungry.

Anywhooo, I digress. Congrats on getting off it! I've read your posts forever so I feel comfortable saying that I am confident you will be just fine and continue your journey without medication.
