Thumbs up Weight Loss Success and Lower Weight
Hi there,

new to the site as well as to Phendimetrazine. I just started today (5/7/2008) taking 1 pill in the am 1 hour before breakfast and 1 pill 1 hour before lunch (I am still in the test phase, next week I get my full prescription for the rest of the month and am supposed to increase it to 2 pills 1 hour before breakfast, and 2 pills 1 hour before lunch). Yesterday I got a big Vit B shot in the arm, which I will be getting once a week (OUCH!). Anyhow I currently am at 155lbs, 5'3" (Goal is 125-130), I am kind of active (aerobics 3 times a week for 1 1/2 hours) and have read somewhere that the less amount of pounds that you weigh the slower the weight loss will be...but I am not an expert and heard that from the grapevine.

My question is:

1. Is it true that the less amount of weight that you have to lose the slower the weight loss is and,

2. What has your experience been using Phendimetrazine, starting at a lower weight?

Thanks,

Default Hey I take it too!!!
Hi there... Im probably the right person to answer this and oh finally someone taking the same thing i am!!!!

I am also 5'3 just about. I started at a weight of around 169..... on November 20.... basically I have been on this for 5 1/2 months... I decided about a week and a half ago to stop taking it because I was told that the body gets used to it and it reaches a plateau.

I have lost about 22 pounds and notice that even not taking it I am still losing, but what I do notice is a very slow steady paced weight loss, which is a little discouraging but at the same time its a healthy way of doing it.

I am happy with the medicine as far as any effects, which are hardly anything bad. I used to not sleep much but no more of it. Definitely, its good for anxiety. Have I stopped eating junk, no not really but I cant do this over night its going to take a while.

I used to drink about 3 sodas a day, that I did GIVE UP COLD TURKEY!!!!

Well if there is anything I could do to help just ask...

Come on everyone who is a Phen-D user????

Good luck and take care...

I just started this med today, but....they only prescribed one per day after breakfast. If you are taking three per day and your loss is slow, maybe I should question the doc about why he only gave me one a day. I am afraid that if I get discouraged, I might not stick it out. I have no willpower! ????

1 a day is so little.
But maybe the doc prescribed that for you as a test runner just to see how you would react to it? I'd call him though and ask why.

I have lost another 2 lbs since that last post!! yay
