You may not know it but everyone really helped me this morning!
I woke up feeling lumpy dumpy ( TOMS here!) Bad eating this weekend, My younger son thinks I'm the worst mom in the world because he can't believe I am sending him to school on Monday because Mondays are always bad and he's so tired blah, blah, blah, and he's going to fall asleep in class.
Anyway, My point is I sat down scanned the posts, responded to a few. Read some more and I began to realize so many people are here for me working for the same goal. I'm not the only one who has a bad day! I'm not the only one who ate bad all weekend!
So instead of going back to bed ( My original plan ) I snapped out of it. Got moving and went to my Curves workout! I was so glad I did. After my workout the computer reminded me that this was my weight-in and measurement week!
That did it! Reality Check. Get your butt back on track. I'm don't want to stand on that scale and have my measurement taken if I know they are not going to be good.
Off to the store I went. Bought good snacks and even made all the stuff the boys need for Tacos for dinner tonight because I have to work. Hopefully I won't be thought of such a bad mom any more(LOL).
