Scrapbooking & the "Old Me" - Phentermine.com

Hello everyone!

My new found thing is scrap booking. Now I know it has been around for a long time but I was slow to start.

My question is how is everyone handling looking at the old you. I am working on a scrap book for my son and I went through my computer to have prints made and I was sickened. I had to convince myself to go ahead and print them out.

My husband said that is they way you looked when this was taken so print it!
I know but OMG! I would really like to burn some of them. This really would not be fair to my sons when they look back and I have cropped myself out of their life.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are.

I am just looking to the future. Not going back. Day by Day.

I think those pictures are a reflection of who you were at that time- the good, the bad, and the ugly of it. That body was doing a lot more than looking like that when those pics were taken. It was raising a family, working, struggling with itself, being a wife, and loving.
Those pictures are a reminder of all those things- not just weight gain. They are reminder of where you were emotionally and why you keep doing what you do to stay healthy. Additionally, they are there to help you tell the story of your journey to those who need encouragement that they, too, can do it!

I too am scarce in pictures that I have in my boys albums, BUT it's important that when they reflect they know you were there for them. Always! (no matter your weight)

So even though - I understand your thoughts on this, I just thought I'd say how I do it. And I hope they look at me and say "Look how my mom got it together"
When the newer pictures reflect me IN the rides with them, Me Enjoying their life, etc.
