Hi Guys:

Well I finally got my pictures together and am able to post.
Before picture was taken June 2007 current picture was taken March 2008
Start Weight was 242 lbs. current weight is 165 lbs.

I am almost to my goal weight.

wow u look amazing how long did it take and what kind of diet was you on youll be at your goal in no time to shop shop shop

Thanks Tanya- It has taken me about 1 year. My diet really is all about portion control, low fat, low sugar and lots of water. I joined Curves for women in Sept.2007 and I love it! Exercise is very important. Good Luck to you.

My reward to myself is usually a trip to get my hair done. And this sounds funny but smaller and fancier underware!
And to answer another question No More Knee Brace. After losing about 50 lbs. I stopped having to wear it! It was amazing and wonderful.

Oh my gosh! How inspiring! Good for you! What a huge accomplishment! And just the fact that you got rid of the knee brace I'm sure makes it all worthwhile (aside from all the other benefits!) Are you still on Phen?
