Hello everyone. Im so excited to have found a board with other people taking phendimetrazine. I have been on phend for almost a week and lost 4 lbs. That is alot of weight for me to lose in one week, so I know that it is the phend helping me to lose as well as less calories and workouts.

I'm really excited and hope to continue to have success. I'm not crazy about the side effects, like feeling headachey or palpitations...although they seem to be getting less severe. The first day I took it I thought I was going to have a hear attack! God forbid!

Four lbs in my first week, which is alot for me. Took the weekend "off" from the meds bc I was going to be on a long car trip and didn't want to be jumping out of my skin.....back on it today and feel great. Would be happy to lose another four this week....I think the secret is getting the exercise in....
