Lost at first and now nothing in a while - Phentermine.com

Hello Everyone,

It has been awhile since I have posted anything.

I am not losing much weight lately.

i lost about 7 lbs at first and have gotten all the way down to losing 20lbs. But that was only for 1 or 2 days.

Now I am at about 16lbs lost. I have been on the meds for about 9 weeks.

Is there something I am doing wrong or I am just getting used to it and it is less affective?

Any encouraging would be appreciated.

I know that my doctor said when things stop slowing down that she will change my meds....do you go to the doctors? I would totally look into that and also check yourself to make sure you eating the proper calorie intake. Hope this helps!

I've lost 16 pounds on it so far in just 3 weeks. But I eat very, very carfully and drink a gallon of water a day. I keep a log of everything I eat...and that keeps me realistic about what I am eating. You should try that.
