It doesn't appear that many people post often on this website. I'd love to hear those people who started in Jan-Mar what type of progress you have/have not made.

11 pounds since the day after Easter. And that is with eating what I want in smaller ammounts...

I have lost 10 pounds since April 11th. In the past 2 weeks, I've been exercising on a consistant basis and I expect to lose more next month...I had to get a grip on counting calories and making sure to drink 64+ ounces of water a day!

Ive lost 53 pounds since feb 9th - the hardest thing that i have ever done, this is a life style change and i think thats the hard part. one meal at christmas or easter or a candy bar at halloween isn't going to kill you it's if you eat like that ALL the time...which everytime i lose weight that us what i tend to do, well, not this time

Hey, thanks everyone for posting, I'm thrilled with the response. Honestly, I started my program with my doctor on Saturday and I'm in ketosis, so tomorrow I can add in veggies (which I'm thrilled about) but I'm only eating like 200-500 calories a day and it is making me a little stupid. I've also cut back to 1 cup of black coffee which I used to cream and sugar the hell out of it before. I'm hopeful with this, I took ephidrine before it was banned and I went (with the Zone diet and rigerous exercise) from 198 to 149 within 3 mos....so I think I'll be good. I hope to get to know you all much better in the future and share in your success.
