LEXAPRO AND PHENTERMINE

I've been taking phentermine on and off for the past two months. I love the weight loss and how the phen increases my energy and makes me selective about what I eat but I hate how angry I feel when the effects are wearing off. I suffer from anxiety to begin with and am easily irritated, the phen multiplies those feelings by 100. I tried taking the 5htp and it doesn't work for me, I think it just makes me angrier. I just want to know if I get on Lexapro for GAD, will I still be able to take phen as needed? Has anyone tried this and how do they feel? I want to feel good, not irritable. I'm an otherwise friendly person and I would like to feel good inside, not antsy.
